Joshua Garcia and Jillian Ward to star in Daimos on GMA?

While there is a great anticipation on GMA Networks upcoming live action series Voltes V, GMA's Vice President Annette Gozum revealed that they are planning to have the live adaptation as well of Daimos.

Daimosis a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Dōga and animated by Nippon Sunrise, directed by Tadao Nagahama as his last work. It is the third and final installment of the Robot Romance Trilogy, following Chōdenji Robo Combattler V and Chōdenji Machine Voltes V. It aired on TV Asahi and its affiliates from April 1, 1978 to January 27, 1979, consisting of 44 episodes. A live-action television series adaptation is in development in the Philippines on GMA Network in the near future.

Also produced by Toei Animation, "Daimos" which was first aired in 1978. The story follows inhabitants of the planet Baam, who heads towards Earth in the hopes of emigrating after the destruction of their home.

A war erupts when their leader is killed and the only thing protecting the Earth from the Baam forces is the super robot Daimos. Its pilot, Richard, eventually meets and falls in love with Erika, the daughter of the late Baam leader.

I think Jillian Ward will best fit the role of Erika while Richard can be portrayed by Joshua Garcia

The PCCI is a nonstock, nonprofit, service-oriented corporation established for the primary purpose of handling the registration of the growing number of pure-bred dogs in the country. It is internationally recognized as the only registering body for pedigreed dogs in the country and is an active member of two international canine organizations, the 90 member Federation Cynologique International (FCI) based in Brussels, Belgium. photo credit: Eillen Greys It is always better if you will re-home a dog when it is already 4 to 5 months old. Christmas in Philippines/Paskong Pinoy

Paskong Pinoy is one of the world's longest running Christmas celebrations, usually beginning as early as the arrival of the "-ber" months (September, October, and so on). Filipinos from all over spend this entire season with enormously rich yuletide traditions of merry-making observed up to the present day. History The word Pasko is derived from the Spanish " Pascua de Natividad ", which literally means "Easter of the Nativity." However the word " pascua " is associated with "solemnity" or "celebration" for the Spanish, and used for other religious feasts. Historical records show that even before Ferdinand Magellan discovered the Philippines in 1521, an Italian Franciscan friar named Odoric de Perdenon and his colleagues had already landed on the shores of Pangasinan (formerly called “Thalma-sin”). Their arrival marked the country's first Christmas Mass as de Perdenone celebrated a Natale Mass with a group of na...

Important Information about Google Buzz Class Action Settlement

This is just for information: Just received this information from my Google inbox and it is actually addressed to everyone in the U.S. who uses Gmail and as noted and quoted from the body of the letter " Just to be clear, this is not a settlement in which people who use Gmail can file to receive compensation. Everyone in the U.S. who uses Gmail is included in the settlement, unless you personally decide to opt out before December 6, 2010". Shortly after its launch, we heard from a number of people who were concerned about privacy. In addition, we were sued by a group of Buzz users and recently reached a settlement in this case. The settlement acknowledges that we quickly changed the...
