Once your payment has been posted, your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days if within Metro Manila and 3-8 working days for orders outside Metro Manila.
There are exceptional cases where the certificate you are requesting need to go through manual verification by PSA retrievers. This will require an additional 7 working days of processing.
An order undergoes manual verification when the certificate being requested cannot be immediately fetched from PSA's database. Through this process, PSA’s retrievers exert every possible effort to retrieve the certificate from the PSA’s document archives.
