Video- Water World in Calumpit Bulacan due to Bagyong Pedring

In an interview on GMA's "News to Go" on Friday morning, Bulacan Governor Alvarado said part of the problem lies in the management of the Angat and Ipo dams. Residents in several towns climbed rooftops and called for help as hospital patients were evacuated first. Pampanga coastal towns Apalit and Lubao were also flooded. source:gmanews
