How to Apply for NBI Multipurpose Clearance 2023 Update

For first time Job Seekers, Good News! You can now check NBI Clearance authenticity and validity. Take note of the following notification pursuant to Section 3 and Section 4 of RA 11261:

• You could avail of this privilege once and for once copy of clearance only;
• You need to present a duly issued Barangay Certificate from place of residence stating that you are a resident for at least six (6) months and a first time jobseeker;
• The issued Barangay Certificate can be used within one year from the date of issuance.

Notice is hereby given to all NBI clearance applicants who are:First-time applicants

• Renewal of NBI clearance
• Renewal but previous NBI clearance has correction/error/changes in any field, even if a single letter is to be corrected, needs to register online again.

To present any TWO (2) Valid Government-issued I.D's such as:

• UMID
• PASSPORT
• DRIVER’S LICENSE
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE AUNTHENTICATED BY PSA (ORIGINAL COPY)
• ETCETERA..

Please keep in mind that Non-Government issued I.D's such as Company I.D's and Barangay Clearance are NOT ACCEPTED as Valid I.D's in processing NBI clearance. Additionally, a Barangay Certificate is required for First Time Job Seekers availing the free service under RA 11261.
