For first time Job Seekers, Good News! You can now check NBI Clearance authenticity and validity. Take note of the following notification pursuant to Section 3 and Section 4 of RA 11261:
Notice is hereby given to all NBI clearance applicants who are:First-time applicants
To present any TWO (2) Valid Government-issued I.D's such as:
Please keep in mind that Non-Government issued I.D's such as Company I.D's and Barangay Clearance are NOT ACCEPTED as Valid I.D's in processing NBI clearance. Additionally, a Barangay Certificate is required for First Time Job Seekers availing the free service under RA 11261.
- You could avail of this privilege once and for once copy of clearance only;
- You need to present a duly issued Barangay Certificate from place of residence stating that you are a resident for at least six (6) months and a first time jobseeker;
- The issued Barangay Certificate can be used within one year from the date of issuance.
Notice is hereby given to all NBI clearance applicants who are:First-time applicants
- Renewal of NBI clearance
- Renewal but previous NBI clearance has correction/error/changes in any field, even if a single letter is to be corrected, needs to register online again.
To present any TWO (2) Valid Government-issued I.D's such as:
- UMID
- PASSPORT
- DRIVER’S LICENSE
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE AUNTHENTICATED BY PSA (ORIGINAL COPY)
- ETCETERA..
