Video of a Teacher hitting a Female Student gone viral after it was posted on YouTube and reported on InterAksyon. According to the report from AKTV, the poster of the video identified the school as supposedly being in Pasay. However they could not immediately confirm the name or location of the school. But sources at the National Youth Commission confirmed to InterAksyon that the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) on Tuesday morning were already ironing out their respective jurisdictions, with the intent of looking into the authenticity of the video.
