457 passed the May 2013 Dentist Licensure Examination as announced by the  Professional Regulations Commission announced on May 31, 2013. The PRC announced Friday that 262 out of 457 passed the May 2013 Dentist Licensure Exam written phase and 254 out of 266 passed the practical phase held in Manila. The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examinations, the Commission said. The top 10 passsers of the Dentist Board Exam held in May have been announced. 25,522 passed the March 2013 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) Earlier PRC that 76,230 examinees took the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) on March 10, 2013 in 13 testing centers nationwide and one testing center in Hong Kong. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday announced that 10,310 elementary teachers out of 37,117 examinees (27.78 percent) and 15,223 secondary teachers out of 38,433 examinees (39.61 percent) passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last March 10 all over the Philippines and Hong Kong. The results of examination with respect to thirty three (33) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination. PRC Announced on March 6, to Adopts New Assessment Schedule of Annual Registration Fees (ARF) for CY-2013. "The Professional Regulation Commission announces the adoption of the new assessment schedule of Annual Registration Fees (ARF) for CY-2013 . The ARF is embodied in Office Memorandum No. 2013-02 dated February 12, 2013. Office Memorandum No. 2013-02 likewise provides that registered professionals who are working abroad may be allowed to renew their Professional Identification Cards (PICs) one year prior to the actual expiry date upon submission of a certificate of employment from their employer."

PRC announced on March 6, 2013 the I.D. Express Lane for Professionals. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the resumption of the I.D. Express Lane in the central and regional offices starting March 4, 2013. Under Office Order No. 2013-97 dated February 25, 2013, the Professional Identification Cards (PICs) Express Lane shall apply to: Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) upon presentment of contract of employment, plane ticket, and visa, if applicable; and Other professionals requesting PIC for employment purposes upon presentment of a letter of request, and a certification from the employer requiring the PIC. According to PRC, an additional fee of P450.00 will be collected in the processing of the PICs as provided in PRC Resolution No. 2006-370. The I.D. Express Lane allows the professionals to secure their renewed professional I.D.’s an hour after filing and payment of the corresponding fees.
