List of PVL Players earning more than 250k a month

Who do you think is included in the list of PVL players getting a monthly salary of more than 250k? While a maximum of 250k monthly salary is being proposed in PVL, some team owners said that some of their players are already earning more than that.  “Some of them (team owners) don’t like the P250,000 a month maximum pay,” Palou said over the phone, referring to the league proposal. “They think it’s too low and that a lot of their players are receiving more than that now.” I have listed some players who might be getting more than 250k. These are based on my anticipation on the player's market value. 1. Allyssa Valdez- Creamline 2. Tots Carlos- Creamline 3. Jema Galanza- Creamline 4. Michelle Gumabao- Creamline 5. Eya Laure- CTC 6. Faith Nisperos- Akari 7. Jia Morado- Creamline 8. Vanie Gandler- Cignal 9. Sisi Rondina- CMFT 10. Maddie Madayag- CMFT 11. Kath Tolentino-CMFT 12. Mark is currently playing as an import in Korean V-League. While Bryan Bagunas is playing as an import in Taiwan League but yet to reveal which team he will join locally.   Decorated outside hitter from Ateneo, Marck Espejo is leaving Cignal after more than five years with the squad, the player announced. Espejo is currently playing as an Asian import for defending champions Incheon Korean Air Jumbos in the Korea V.League. Espejo and Bagunas are both members of the National Men's Volleyball Team and both played as an import in Japan Men's V-League. If both of them will join Rebisco Team under coach Thai Bundit, then there will be a good challenger against Cignal And Sta. Elena NU.

NXLED Chameleons Roster of Players

\Who are NXLED Chameleons Roster of Players? Is Justine Jazareno playog for the team? Will it be composed more of the second stringers og Akari Chargers just like Foton were composed mostly of Chery Tiggo Crossovers second stringer players?  The PVL has a new team coming in ahead of the All-Filipino Conference that will kick off in October -- the NXLED Chameleons. Jo Maraguinot sister of Jaja might fit the team since she doesn't have much of a playing time with Akari when Faith Nisperos arrived with the team. Some of Akari's middle blockers might transfer to NXLED since Fifi Sharma will be joing Akari in this upcoming All-Filipino Conference in October. Due to the sanction imposed by PNVF to PVL they were not be able to acquire foreign players for their scheduled Reinforced Conference and insted another All-Filipino players will banner the upcoming conference on October.

Who will be the new setter of Creamline to replace Jia Morado de Guzman who is now officially going to play as an import in Japan V-League's Division 1 where the National Team of Japan and Jaja Santiago are playing. According to Volleyball Update PH in their Facebook page, there is no official statement yet but rumor has it that Creamline's MVP setter, Jia Morado-De Guzman will play as an import in the Division 1 team, Denso Airybees  (former club team of 4T of Vietnam in Japan Vleague Div 1, who became Alyssa's team mate in Taiwan V-League). If this is true, then she will be the 1st ever Filipino Setter to ever play in foreign league. Jia will be flying to Japan this month to train with the team.Best of luck JIA-MAZING. Cream of the crop. Jia to officially play as an import. An achievement to celebrate for recognizing the value of one of the Philippine Volleyball GOLD. Jia Morado de Guzman has been named by her accolade as one of the best seter in the Philippines if not the Best. Earlier Jia made a try-out to Korean V-League who rely on just a video of her games in PVL and in National Team. De Guzaman will be the 2nd player from Ateneo Blue Eagles to play as an import after Alyssa Valdez who became an import to Thailand and Taiwan V-League. While Jaja and Dindin Santiago who was a product of NU Lady Blue Dogs plaed as an import as well to Japan.   Who will be the main setter of ...

Philippine Volleyball fans are excited to know the game schedule of the Philippine Women's National Volleyball Team(PWNVT)in the upcoming 2023 Cambodia SEA Games.  The PWNVT has a good chance to have a podium finish after being included in Pool B together with Cambodia, Singapore and Vietnam. Creamline Cool Smashers star player Alyssa Valdez will headline the National Tean together with six other Creamline players. If the Philippines will beat Vietnam in the Preliminaries, they will have the chance to sweep Pool B and avoid Thailand in the Semifinals. If they beat Indonesia in the Semi-finals then they will automatically get the Silver and possibly finish with a Gold medal.  Good luck and Congratulations in advance to the Philippine Women's National Volleyball Team.

The Phenom Alyssa Valdez is Reader's Digest Most Trusted Sportsperson

Alyssa Valdez is Reader's Digest Most Trusted Sportsperson. Her humility on and off court, makes her holds the title of the world’s most followed volleyball player. The awardees were selected based on an independently commissioned survey, according to Manila Bulletin report. The Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Awards will be presented to winners gathered to celebrate at the Marco Polo Ortigas Manila Hotel On Tuesday 14 April, 2023 at 7 p.m. Alyssa Valdez was not able to fit the PVL All-Filipino Conference due to injury. however her team, the Creamline Cool Smashers is on their way to their 8th Finals appearance on PVL after they beat F2 Logistics in best of three semi-Finals, with Creamline prevailing in two games. CCS will face the winner between Petro Gazz Angels and PLDT Speed Hitters. Valdez is a multi-awarded Volleyball player in the country and the most popular with million followers on Facebook and Twitter. Valdez already appears in numerous TV Commercial such as Pepsi, M...

PVL Challenge System needs to be Challenged

What happens to Premiere Volleyball League's Challenge System? If you managed to watch the second game of the semi-finals between the Creamline Cool Smashers and the F2 Logistics, not only once, not twice but thrice that Coach Sherwin Meses Challenge looks legit but made unsuccessful by the Challenge system of the PVL. The video will not lie but the result but the vindication of humans with regards to the challenge seems to be erroneous. Boom Gonzales and Ayel Estranero were even laughing at the results. If the challenge and such results happen on match points for sure there will be a commotion on the court with a lot of Creamline already "booing" the Challenge results. PVL should hire a good reviewer of the video challenge to make it fair to all the teams participating in the league. Congratulations to the defending champion, Creamline Cool Smashers (CCS) for their eighth finals appearance in the Premier Volleyball League. They have beaten the F2 logistics in three convi...

The Real Reason why Abby Marano retires from National Team?

What do you think is the real reason why Abby Marano reties from the Philippine Women's National Volleyball Team. For me the reason is very obvious because she's not really included in the line-up for 2023 SEA Games in Cambodia. It was Cherie Nunag, Ced Domingo and MJ Philips who are fitted for the middle blockers position for the 2023 National Team. So I don't think the announcement of retirement is necessary for Ms. Abby since the National Team prefer tall and young players this time. Marano is known to volleyball community as being a "swagger", to the point that some volleyball spectators are saying that she acts with unnecessary swag. This I believed is the reason why Creamline and Choco Mucho has more followers since Filipnos loves humble and kind players, like Alyssa Valdez and Jia Morado. But to be fair, Abby Marano is a good leader and captain ball on court. She is a product of DLSU Lady Spikers and joins different club taeam from Shaley's v-League bef...

Missing Link on Choco Mucho's Chance to Podium Finish

Choco Mucho Flying Titan's again suffered another defeat and eventually lost the chance at the Final 4 of the Premiere Volleyball League's All-Filipino Conference 2023. Does it mean Coach Oliver Almadro made the right choice in leaving the team?  Choco Mucho has a formidable line-up with power hitter, Opposite Spiker, Kat Tolentino and Caitlyn Viray, Middle Blockers- Bea De Leon, Maika Ortiz, Maddie Madayag and Cherie Nunag. Outside Hitter-Isa Molde and Des Cheng. But I believed they lack on a good setter. It's ironic that they have four of the best middle blocker but can barely score a point. Deana Wong is very popular but her setting ability will not bring the team to the Championship. Choco Mucho should find a setter of the caliber of Jia Morado de Guzman or Jaja Maraguinot to be able to activate their middle blockers. Bea De Leon is on her best when Jia Morado is doing the setting for her. Kat Tolentino will be on another level if she gets a good setter.

Who will be the Champion of the UAAP Womens Volleyball 2023 (Season 85)

Will the defending Champion, NU Lady Bulldogs able to defend their title, or will another team emerged as the new Champion. This Season of the UAAP will be more exciting with the entries of formidable rookies from every team. There will be a lot of expectations to Angel Canino of the DLSU Lady Spikers. We have seen her during Shakey's V-League although they fall short of the NU Bulldogs in the Finals. UAAP MVP Michaela Belen and Shakey's V-League MVP Alyssa Solomon will banner the NU Lady Bulldogs. Faith Nisperos will be needing a good Outside Hitter as her diagonal to be able to match NU and DLSU roster of players. Far Eastern University still has the most UAAP Championship Title both on Men's and Women's divisions with twenty-five (25) and twenty-nine (29) Championship respectively. University of Sto. Tomas is in second place with eighteen (18) and sixteen (16) Titles and University of the East in third place with twelve (12) and six (6) Titles. Vote now on your favor...

Missing Link to Choco Mucho's Chance to PVL Finals

What is missing from the Choco Much Flying Titans Team to reach the Finals of the Premiere Volleyball League (PVL)? The team has not reached even the quarterfinals since joining the league. Their former head coach, Oliver Almdaro resigned in the middle of the Reinforced Conference citing to concentrate on the Ateneo Blue Eagles Womens Volleyball Team only to sign with Petro Gazz Angels later. CMFC has now Coach Dante Alinsunurin, one of the most decorated Men's Volleyball Head coaches. they won their first game in PVL Al-Filipino Conference on straight three sets but lost their last two games against Petro Gazz and All-Filipino Conference, Defending Champion Creamline Cool Smashers. They have one of the best Opposite Spiker with Kat Tolentino,  and two of the most reliable Outside Hitters with Des Cheng and Isa Molde. Four of the Best Middle Blockers in the country are with the team as well, Chery Nunag, Maika Ortiz, Bea de Leon and Maddie Madayag, however all of them rarely contri...

Real Reason Why Coach Ramil de Jesus stop Coaching DLSU and F2 Logistics

As a "Kapuso," we will not only be posting matters about TV Programs and GMA News but also our favorite sports. For those volleyball fans who are wondering why is Coach Ramil sidelined for a long time and has not been seen coaching the DLSU Lady Spikers and F2 Cargo Movers.  I am not a fan of DLSU Lady Spikers and F2 although I like some of their less "swagger' players like Kim Kianna Dy, Tin Tiamzon and Dawn Macandili. And just like some other volleyball spectators, I am thinking about where really is Coach Ramil as he was replaced by Coach Benson Bocdoc and eventually Coach Regine Diego as the Head Coach of F2 Logistics and there is no news that he will be the Head Coach either of DLSU Lady Spikers in the upcoming UAAP Volleyball 2023. We are hoping that Coach Ramil is well and will get back to action anytime soon. If there is one local coach that is deserving to become the head coach of the Philippine National Women's Volleyball Team, that would be Coach Ramil...
