Keiko from Cashspace a Scam?

My Gmail has been flooded by an email from Keiko from Cashspace. Is it a scam or legit? Firstly, I did not apply for any cash loan from Cash Space or any money lending Institution as I only heard about them when I opened my Gmail account today.  I  refrain from clicking the body of the email, "To get the amount you need today, please supply the missing details". to the anticipation that it might be a hacking scam similar to a text scam. Just a piece of advice when you received an email like this just ignore it and don't click the link provided by them since it might lead to hacking and they might get your personal and business information. The supposed to be 14 hours of water interruption by Maynilad was extended to more hours. The announcement is from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm the other day. I left my apartment at 7:30 am and there was still no water running on my faucet. Netizens erupted and were not happy with the water interruption timing. Work from Home should be implemented this time considering our weather conditions. What are Maynilad Water Interruptions 2023 schedule in your area? According to Maynilad, “these daily service interruptions will last depending on the actual raw water volume that our treatment plants will receive, as well as on actual rainfall that will occur at the watersheds,” it said. TikTok Viewer Job gone viral

I have posted a story about the company offering a Tiktok Viewer job that has gone viral. Is there such job posting as Tiktok viewer? How much is the salary being a TikTok Viewer? I received a message on my "Whatsapp" account asking me if I can be a TikTok viewer and work from home with good remuneration. She said she got my number from Linkedin  and/or Jobstreet. When I accepted the job offer, I was unsure if it was legit. I heard about some home-based typing jobs and think that it might be a valid job since the recruiter told me he is working in a particular company, which I  "Google" and saw a legit Website. To register for the job you just need to send them your name, age and mobile number. After accepting my registration they sent P100 pesos to my GCash number as a sign-up bonus. The so-called "The Manager" asked me to install Telegraph apps and joined me in a group chat. There, The Manager" will send a task like Task No. 3 with the link to the T

How to Avoid Being a Victim of Facebook Hacked accounts

In 2022, my sister sent me a private message passed 6:00 pm asking me if I can lend her a money via GCash. Then when I asked her how much and I told her that I don't have a balnce on my GCash account and told her to ask our older siblings. She did not reply on her usual phase. Then five minutes later my brother drop a message on our group chat telling us that my sister's account is actually hacked. The hacker already took some amount via GCash from her friends and our relatives. The best tip I can give if your sibling, friends and/or relatives sent a message via Facebook PM asking to lend him/her money is to call him whether you are not aware his account was hacked or not. If he did not answer, chances are you are already dealing with the hacker. Some swindlers hack accounts of people and tap into their contacts to try to ask for money while disguising themselves as the account owner.  Here are some tips from Globe's GCash on how to spot if your friends and family members a

Tutorial on How to prevent being a victim of fake sellers on Facebook

I have been a victim of scammers on Facebook. Last year, I went to Facebook Marketplace to check the prices of my plant wishlist. The price of Philodendron SP Columbia by that time is P10,000 pesos per leaf. Then I saw a post on the Marketplace of a juvenile form for only P1,000. Since I really wanted to have the plant I paid the seller via G-Cash. The seller sent a picture of a Lalamove rider about to leave her place to go to my place. After an hour the rider is yet to arrive and so I check the seller's account only to find out that I was already blocked. Prevention is always the best way to protect yourself. Here are some tips on how to avoid being a victim of fake sellers before making a transaction:  Read seller reviews and check the following:  Dates on when the reviews were posted. If the reviews were created over a short period of time, these are fake reviews to immediately increase the seller’s rating Contains gibberish words or special characters. When this happens, this i

Tips before Buying Shih-tzu, Pomeranian Puppies

Are you a dog lover who are planning to buy an imported dog breed soon? Here are some of the tips and considerations before buying one. Rule Number one is that you should have a budget for the fur baby. Buying a "budget meal" puppy more often times leads to trouble since you don't know the history of the puppy.  A quality shih-tzu, pomeranian or maltese puppies should have a Philippine Canine Club Inc Certificate(PCCI). The PCCI is a nonstock, nonprofit, service-oriented corporation established for the primary purpose of handling the registration of the growing number of pure-bred dogs in the country. It is internationally recognized as the only registering body for pedigreed dogs in the country and is an active member of two international canine organizations, the 90 member Federation Cynologique International (FCI) based in Brussels, Belgium.  photo credit: Eillen Greys It is always better if you will re-home a dog when it is already 4 to 5 months old. By that time, a l

Why I banned Ninja Van?

Ninja Van is not a reliable courier, as per my experience. A customer ordered from our Lazada store on March 13, 2023, and on the same day, we prepared the customer's order. Usually, it was LAZADA Express or LEX Ph who used to pick up orders from our stores but for this particular order they assigned Ninja Van as the courier but the latter did not show up as four days had already lapsed. What we did, was we initiated to go to their office in the City to drop off the item, but we were told that they are not accepting drop-offs. So to wrap up the story, Ninjavan is not really a reliable courier. J&T, Lazada Express, LBC and JRS are way better couriers, especially for a small business like ours. You can see below a screen capture from the Lazda Sell Center app that the item has been ready for shipping since March 13, 2023, but Ninjavan seems not connected to Lazada System as they did not even bother to call us for the last four days just to inform us if they are going to collect t
