Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift are the BIG Winners in 2013 Billboard Music Awards. Earlier this year, Bieber became the first artist with five No. 1 albums before their 19th birthday, when his "Believe Acoustic" album debuted in the top spot of the Billboard 200 chart. "Believe" spawned the Top 10 hits "As Long As You Love Me" and "Beauty and a Beat" over the past year.
