According to DOLE, eligible beneficiaries are OFW groups duly registered with DOLE, CDA, and SEC. This program aims to guide and focus on the livelihood endeavors towards viable, sustainable and with immediate income-generation potential projects. For OFW's who are applying for DOLE-OWWA AKAP, here are the requirements and qualifications. DOLE-OWWA-AKAP is a financial assistance to support the continued implementation of the DOLE-AKAP. WAP is an assistance extended to OWWA members, and/or their families, who are not eligible under any of the existing OWWA social benefit programs and services.
