Barbara Miguel won best actress in the recently concluded (September 11-15) Harlem International Film Festival in New York City, the festival’s website said Tuesday. Miguel became popular in the Philippines via GMA’s prime-time soap, “Munting Heredera,” with Camille Pratts which ran from May 2011 to February in 2012.
