Your eGov PH Account can be deleted or downgraded directly through the Super App. Simply go through these steps:
Can I transfer my information from one Mobile Number to Another?
No. The eGov PH follows a ‘One Mobile Number per PhilSys Number’ Policy; which means that users cannot have two Mobile Numbers as accounts at the same.
If the user has to transfer information to a new Mobile Number, we advise the following procedure:Step #1: Delete your current account
Step #2: Register your other Mobile Number as new account
Step #3: Accomplish the Authentication Process
Step #4: Continue enjoying the eGov PH Super App with your new account
