What to do if you did not receive top up or withdrawal in your GCrypto Account.
Your GCrypto Top up or Withdrawal may be missing due to a GCash or PDAX downtime during your transaction. Please note that your transactions will be automatically credited to/from your GCash wallet in 2 business days.
If you still didn't receive your GCrypto top up, submit a ticket and include the following information:
- Reference Number
- Date of transaction
- Amount of transaction
What if your buy or sell order did not reflect in your GCrypto wallet either because the transaction did not push through or there was an issue on PDAX end.

Note: Use your GCash-registered email address when submitting a ticket to receive updates or follow up on your ticket. You can check your tickets via the GCash app by tapping Profile > Help.
