Humanitarian Assistance for Saudi Claims Program says I'm not Register- What to do

A friend of mine is trying to register for DMW-OWWA-DSWD's Humanitarian Assistance for Saudi Claims Program for P10, 000 cash aid but the system says:

"Paumanhin! Base sa aming database, hindi po nakarehistro ang inyong pangalan,"

What you can do when you encounter this error is to contact your regional OWWA office although most of their Mobile Number Hotline are unreachable it would be better if you send an email address to OWWA and DMW.

However some of his colleagues were able to register successfully as shown on the image below.

After sending an email to them, below will be their response.

Good luck to everyone who are seeking to get paid from the long overdue payment of Saudi Companies that went under liquidation from the year 2015 to 2019. Hopefully our Government in cooperation with DMW and OWWA can pull off this negotiation with the Saudi Government.
