Here's the tutorial on How to Request a Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) via PSAHelpline.ph. The tutorial is very straight-forward, you can just simply visit the PSA Official Website.

The PSAHelpline.ph abides by the policies and guidelines of the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). They shall release the ordered document to the owner or the authorized requester only, upon presentation of any of the valid IDs listed on our website.

Your order was delivered- This means that your order has been delivered to your address and was successfully received.

Do I really need to personally receive the delivery?

It is important that you are present on the day of delivery to personally receive the requested PSA document/s. In case you are not available on the delivery date, please call us at (02) 8737-1111, Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays, from 8AM to 5PM to make delivery arrangements.

What ID do I need to show the delivery courier?

You may present a valid government-issued ID such as Driver’s License, Passport, SSS or GSIS ID.

The North-South Commuter Railway Project is a 147 – kilometer mass transportation railway system traversing Clark, Pampanga (Region 3) to Calamba, Laguna (Region 4).
