Typhoon Helen Update-August 15- Areas with Public Storm Signal

Tropical Storm "HELEN" has slightly weakened and is now over the vicinity of Aparri, Cagayan according to PAGASA.

At 10:00 a.m. today, 15 August 2012, the center of Tropical Storm "HELEN" was estimated at 40 km South Southeast of Aparri, Cagayan(18.1°N, 121.8°E).

Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the Seaboards of Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas due to Tropical Storm "Helen" and the Southwest Monsoon.

Earlier today, I got a message on my Whatsapp and telling me to become a TikTok Viewer with an attractive salary and commission. The message says it's a part-time job and I can work from Home. Legit or not? So I ask the sender who he/she is and how did she manage to get my Whatsapp number.
