Share your ‘Proud to be Pinoy, Proud to be Kapuso’ photos on the official GMA Pinoy TV Page and get the chance to win tickets to Manny Many Prizes in Los Angeles! 10 lucky winners will get 5 tickets each! So show us you’re proud to be Pinoy! Send in your photo entries. Promo period is from Aug 22-Sept 5, 2012. Winners will be announced on FB on Sept 7.

There will be 10 winners of 5 tickets each! 5 winners will be picked with the most likes while 5 other winners will be chosen by the GMA International team! Each of the 10 winners will receive 5 tickets to the Manny Many Prizes Event in LA!

40% - Content: How well does it speak of the theme, “Proud to be Pinoy”?
30% - Composition: Does the photograph tell a story? Originality. Creativity.
30% - Impact: How well does the photograph connect to the viewer?

ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to all GMA Pinoy TV, GMA Life TV and GMA News TV International Facebook fans who are U.S. residents and at least 18 years of age. Any entrant who is legally considered a minor in his / her State of residence must have permission consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter. There is no entry fee. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with. GMA employees, marketing help, mobilization/street marketing team are not qualified to join the promo.

DEADLINE

Fan photos will be accepted starting 12:00 mn of August 22, 2012. All entries must be submitted online on or before 11:59pm September 5, 2012. (Manila Time).

SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY

Send us your photo through a personal message on our Fan Page (GMA Pinoy TV). Include your NAME, EMAIL, ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER and a short description of the photo. Send in as many photos as you want, because you know... the more the ‘MANNY’IER. Once sent in, we will post the photo on the GMA Pinoy TV Facebook Page.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

GMA will announce the contest winner on September 7, 2012 via The GMA Pinoy TV fan page as well as through their personal email.

TERMS

All photos must be the original work of the entrants and must not infringe upon the copyrights,
trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the photo contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photo, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit use of the photo.

GMA reserves the right to remove fan photos from the Facebook page and contest if the content of the photos does not promote the GMA values, including content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold GMA, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and agents, and each of their directors, officers, employees and assigns, free and harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Photo Contest or use of the prize. Each winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Photo Contest or use or redemption of any prize. All entries become the sole property of GMA and will not be returned. By participating in this contest, each entrant agrees and grants GMA permission to make available and display/publish and otherwise distribute entrants’ names and photo submission in all media in any territory and in perpetuity without compensation. Except where legally prohibited, submission of an entry into this contest constitutes permission for GMA and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and licensees to use the entrants’ names, photograph, likeness, school, address (city and state), and testimonials, in printed, broadcast media, or new media, in perpetuity, in any territory and in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting the photo submission itself or this contest, without further compensation in connection with this contest or the prize awarded.

All winners (and/or his/her parent or legal guardian if the winner is a minor) must execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability upon claiming the prize, if so required by GMA. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize includes only entrance to the show. All other expenses related to the winners coming to see the show is to the winners’ account (e.g. travel expenses, hotel accommodations, meals, shopping.)

GMA may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including a cash award.

GMA is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, delayed, corrupted, non-delivered or misdirected entries or e-mail, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware or software, lost or unavailable network connections, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or loss of entry information, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or any other human or technical errors of any kind, or any combination of any of the foregoing. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of GMA and the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. GMA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Photo Contest or in the announcement of any prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
