Batanes group of islands will experience rains with gusty winds and its coastal waters will be rough to very rough. The rest of Northern Luzon, the Western sections of Central and Southern Luzon and Panay island will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
