Due to torrential rain that brought heavy flood in Metro Manila, NCR and nearby provinces wherein until now most of the public transposrt road are not passable. Classes in most areas hit by floodings suspend classes for tomorrow, August 9. The University of Sto.Tomas made their advisory as early as this morning.
Valenzuela City Public Advisory (Final): Class Suspension for tomorrow, August 9, Thursday. According to DepEd it is better to wait for the announcement of LGU where you reside for your reference. DepED tweeted:
