How to Subscribe with DITO Auto Pay

DITO Autopay is a great way to renew your subscription to a promo automatically without having to worry if you run out of data from your current subscription.

DITO Auto Pay is a convenient feature that allows you to continuously enjoy your monthly DITO Level-Up Packs without having to manually resubscribe to an offer monthly or upon exhausting your data allowance. This feature automatically renews your data pack 24 hours prior to the expiration of your subscription or when you reach the 500MB threshold, depending on your chosen option.

You can enroll to DITO Auto Pay via the DITO APP upon promo subscription.

• Log in to DITO App using your credential
• Click "Buy/Manage Promo" in the homepage and choose your preferred promo.
• Select "Subscribe to Auto Pay" in the purchase options and choose your preferred Auto Pay option. You may choose both options and whichever comes first triggers renewal.
• Select your preferred payment method.
• Await confirmation message of your successful Auto Pay subscription

There is no lock-in period for DITO Auto Pay. You may enable or disable DITO Auto Pay enrollment without any fees anytime until 48 hours prior to the renewal of your current subscription.

DITO Auto Pay payments are automatically deducted from your load balance, local mastercard and visa credit and debit cards. Just ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account for a more convenient experience.
