Official: It's Showtime on GTV

It's Showtime will be moving to GTV. It has been a roller-coaster of emotions with the TV programming being unpredictable. You ca never imagine before that Eat Bulaga will be leaving GMA when in fact they stayed with the Network for 28 years. And who would have thought, that It's SHowtime will be moving to GMA Network's sister company. I think Joey de Leon and former Senator Tito Sotto made a mistake when they assume that GM President and management are favoring TAPE Incorporated. Otherwise, they will not allow Vice Ganda's It's Showtime to be the on the same time slot of Eat Bulaga with TAPE Incorporated. They could have made a deal with GTV instead on TV5 considering the reach of the Network..

It's Shwotime will be movingto GTV by July, they migh have the same launching day of Eat Bulaga on TV5.

GTV was first known as GMA News TV, a channel which primarily focuses on all-news and public service, as part of GMA News and Public Affairs' plans to expand its presence on free-to-air television as well as retaining some lifestyle and public affairs program from its predecessor, QTV/Q Channel 11. The channel was unveiled on February 7, 2011, on 24 Oras, GMA's flagship nightly newscast., The news channel launched on February 28, 2011, with its tagline, Oras

Inspiring speech by Bill Gates on Harvard Commencement

I always wanted to share this inspiring speech by Mr. Bill Gates. This speech is worth reading over and again. (I just can't remember how many times i read it myself). I received this thru e-mail which was sent to me by a good friend. Harvard Commencement (Text as prepared for delivery) President Bok, former President Rudenstine, incoming President Faust, members of the Harvard Corporation and the Board of Overseers, members of the faculty, parents, and especially, the graduates: I’ve been waiting more than 30 years to say this: “Dad, I always told you I’d come back and get my degree.” I want to thank Harvard for this timely honor. I’ll be changing my job next year … and it will be nice to finally have a college degree on my resume. I applaud the graduates today for taking a much more direct route to your degrees. For my part, I’m just happy that the Crimson has called me “Harvard’s most successful dropout.” I guess that makes me valedictorian of my own special class … I did the b...

TikTok Viewer Job gone viral

I have posted a story about the company offering a Tiktok Viewer job that has gone viral. Is there such job posting as Tiktok viewer? How much is the salary being a TikTok Viewer? I received a message on my "Whatsapp" account asking me if I can be a TikTok viewer and work from home with good remuneration. She said she got my number from Linkedin and/or Jobstreet. When I accepted the job offer, I was unsure if it was legit. I heard about some home-based typing jobs and think that it might be a valid job since the recruiter told me he is working in a particular company, which I "Google" and saw a legit Website. To register for the job you just need to send them your name, age and mobile number. After accepting my registration they sent P100 pesos to my GCash number as a sign-up bonus. The so-called "The Manager" asked me to install Telegraph apps and joined me in a group chat. There, The Manager" will send a task like Task No. 3 with the link to the T...

Christmas in Philippines/Paskong Pinoy

Paskong Pinoy is one of the world's longest running Christmas celebrations, usually beginning as early as the arrival of the "-ber" months (September, October, and so on). Filipinos from all over spend this entire season with enormously rich yuletide traditions of merry-making observed up to the present day. History The word Pasko is derived from the Spanish " Pascua de Natividad ", which literally means "Easter of the Nativity." However the word " pascua " is associated with "solemnity" or "celebration" for the Spanish, and used for other religious feasts. Historical records show that even before Ferdinand Magellan discovered the Philippines in 1521, an Italian Franciscan friar named Odoric de Perdenon and his colleagues had already landed on the shores of Pangasinan (formerly called “Thalma-sin”). Their arrival marked the country's first Christmas Mass as de Perdenone celebrated a Natale Mass with a group of na...

Most Loved Dog Breed in the Philippines- Netizens Choice

What is the Most Popular dog breed in the Philippines? Shih-Tzu, Pomeranian and Aspin are some of the most loved dog breeds in the Philippines. They say having a fur baby at home makes us feel happy and less stressed person. In 2021, I bought, Pomeranian, Maltese and Shih-Tzu puppies and they are all adorable although a bit pricey. But I understand that the breeder needs to bring them to the clinic for vaccination and deworming aside from providing them food and vitamins. Only last month, we adopted a mother Aspin stray dog and her litter. Once you started acquiring and engaging with dogs then it's hard to stop cause you will fall in love with them. But as they say, the dog is the only creature on earth who loves you more than he loves himself.
