Tropical Cyclone Warning: Typhoon "#LabuyoPH" issued at 11:00AM 11 August 2013.

Tropical Storm “LABUYO” continues to pose a threat over eastern luzon as moves closer to Aurora area.
Location of eye/center: At 10:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon “LABUYO” was estimated based on all available data at 160 km Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or 270 km East Northeast of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.7°N, 125.6°E).
Strength: Maximum winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of 185 kph.
Movement: Forecast to move West Northwest at 19 kph.
Forecast Positions:Typhoon “LABUYO” is expected to be in the vicinity of Casiguran, Aurora by tomorrow morning. By Tuesday morning, it will be at 270 km Northwest of Sinait, Ilocos Norte in the Northwest boundary of PAR.
Public Storm Warning Signal #3 (Winds of 101-185kph is expected in at least 18 hrs): Catanduanes, Camarines Provinces, Northern Quezon Province including Polilio Island, Aurora and Isabela
Public Storm Warning Signal #2 (Winds of 61-100kph is expected in at least 24 hrs): Sorsogon, Albay, Rizal, Rest of Quezon, Laguna, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Quirino, Nueva Viscaya, Benguet, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Kalinga and Cagayan
Public Storm Warning Signal #1 (Winds of 45-60 kph is expected in at least): Calayan and Babuyan Group of Islands, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Abra , La Union, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales, Pampanga, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Marinduque, Burias and Ticao Islands, Metro Manila and Northern Samar.
