SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "EGAY" was estimated based on all available data at 825 km East of Southeastern Luzon (14.4°N, 131.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.

MAGIGING KAMUGTAKAN: Bahagyang mapanganuron sundo sa mapanganuron na kalangitan na may pulu-pulong mga pag-uran o pagkikilat-pagdaguldol ang iiral sa Rehiyong Bikol, Norteng Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque asin Romblon. Maluya sundo moderatong duros haling nortesulnupan sundo sursulnupan ang iiral sa mga lugar na ini, na may banayad sundo sa moderato na paghukol nin kadagatan.

PAGTAYA: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog ang iiral sa Rehiyong Bikol, Hilagang Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque at Romblon. Mahina hanggang katamtamang hangin mula hilagangkanluran hanggang timogkanluran ang iiral sa mga lugar na ito, na may banayad hanggang sa katamtaman na pag-alon ng karagatan.

FORECAST: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon. Light to moderate winds coming from northwest to southwest will prevail along these areas, with slight to moderate seas.
