Does SAUDI ARABIAN PARSON LIMITED HOUSING PROJECT CANCELLED? Saudi Parsons and their agency here in Makati EDI Staff Builders keeps on giving false information with their successful applicants, according to one applicant who was given a job offer by the Consulting Firm through EDI Staff Builders since January 30-31, 2015.

Dear PARSONS Selected EDI Candidates Given Employment Offers,
As of 2015 May 4, there is NO update yet from PARSONS to date --- NO go signal to proceed medical for selected EDI candidates given employment offers last JANUARY 30-31, 2015 in MANILA and CEBU, Philippines.Since the usual timeline to complete medical and visa process for KSA mobilization is 10 days—assuming the worker has no medical problem and has complete visa documents for deployment, EDI gave PARSONS the deadline of MAY 20, 2015 to provide UPDATE if this 5-YEAR KSA MINISTRY OF HOUSING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT by PARSONS will push through or not—if it will PUSH through, what is the real MOBILIZATION DATE, and if it will NOT push through, the REASON/s for not pushing through.Approval notification visa for all Filipino Engineers and Architects from KSA Ministry of Housing is not yet received by EDI and by another agency JAD thru PARSONS to proceed medical and visa process of respective selected candidates for mobilization / deployment to KSA in MAY 2015.

PRC: 1,605 pass licensure exam for midwives

A total of 1,605 out of the 4,013 exam takers passed the licensure exams for midwives given last Wednesday in nine cities in the country, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Saturday. Paulo Benito Tugbang of the West Visayas State University got the highest score of 89.25 percent in the exams administered by the PRC Board of Midwifery last Wednesday in testing centers in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
