Speaking to reporters on the scene, DILG Sec. Mar Roxas says Pres. Aquino has directed all government agencies to cooperate in the investigation into the explosion at Two Serendra in Taguig.

"He wants an unassailable, very clear rationale bakit nangyari ito," Roxas says.

President Benigno Aquino and Interior Secretary Mar Roxas arrived at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, just hours after an explosion ripped through a residential condominium unit at Two Serendra Friday night.
