GMA Network presents a special Lenten programming schedule on Maundy Thursday (April 5), Good Friday (April 6) and Black Saturday (April 7).

Maundy Thursday opens with the strip of kids cartoon treats including the all-time favorite “Tom and Jerry” at 8am; followed by “Jackie Chan Adventures” at 8:30am; “Mojacko” at 9am; “Slamdunk” at 9:30am; and “One Piece” at 10am.

The Kapuso Network will treat its loyal viewers with a slate of blockbuster Filipino movies beginning with “One True Love,” starring the phenomenal love team of Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera at 1030am, followed by the 2004 Nora Aunor starrer “Naglalayag” at 1230pm and Cesar Montano’s critically-acclaimed film “Muro Ami” at 230pm. This will be followed by the fourth installment of CBN Asia’s telemovie “Tanikala” at 5pm and “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” at 6pm. The romantic flick of Richard Gutierrez and Angel Locsin in “The Promise” follows at 7pm.

At 9 pm, be part of a one-of-a-kind treasure hunting experience and uncover stories of old with the country’s finest broadcast journalists on “Philippine Treasures.” Afterwards, witness how some students from far-flung areas of the country make do just to get an education in Reporter’s Notebook at 11pm. Cap the night off with Peabody award-winning journalist Kara David at 11:30pm as she takes a trip back to the town ofParacale in “I-Witnesses’ Gintong Putik.”

On Good Friday, kids will have another dose of their favorite cartoons in the morning beginning with “Tom and Jerry” at 8am; “Jackie Chan Adventures” at 8:30am; and “Mojacko” at 9am.

The internationally-acclaimed religious program “Power To Unite” will air at 9:30am with a special episode featuring host Ms. Elvira Yap-Go and special guest His Excellency Pablo Virgilio David (Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of San Fernando, Pampanga) as they discuss the tradition of observing the Holy Week through the "pasyon." This will be followed by the endearing romantic drama “Till I Met You” starring Robin Padilla and Regine Velasquez at 10:30am.

Recall Jesus' seven last words in the cross as reflected on by the Order of Preachers broadcasted live from the Sto. Domingo Church via “Siete Palabras” airing from 12nn to 3pm. Another horror-suspense movie from the fourth installment of “Tanikala” will air from 5pm to 6pm

Afterwards, witness two of the most inspiring tales in “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” featuring the extraordinary love of Sen. Loren Legarda for her Yaya Fely and renowned filmmaker Marilou Diaz-Abaya in her battle against breast cancer. Catch one of “Wish Ko Lang’s” most memorable episodes, “Nawawala Si Lola: The Good Samaritan Special” at 6:30pm.

And at 7pm, join veteran broadcaster Mike Enriquez and Kapuso actor Dingdong Dantes in the special documentary, “Report Card” and uncover heart wrenching ways Filipinos try to educate themselves. Afterwards, join “Born to be Wild’s” eco-warriors in a back-to-back episode featuring their quest to accomplish the “Born Projects” at 8pm.

Join Kapuso actor Richard Gutierrez in one of Philippine television’s biggest environmental documentaries in “Oras Na” at 9pm. Afterwards, join Jay Taruc as he visits a 30-year-old retirement house for priests in the “I-Witness” episode, “Domus Dei.” At 11:30pm, watch another episode of the investigative news magazine show, “Reporter’s Notebook” featuring the episode, “Tawi-Tawi.”

GMA’s Black Saturday Lenten programming begins with “Tom and Jerry” at 8am; “Jackie Chan Adventures” at 8:30am; and “Nobita and the Robot Kingdom” at 9am. An expedition diaries from “Born to be Wild” is slated at 10am and will be followed by series of equally entertaining movies beginning with the romantic film “I Will Always Love You” at 10:30am; followed by the romantic-comedy“Lovestruck” at 12nn; and Robin Padilla and Ai-ai delas Alas’ comedy flick “Ikaw Pa Rin: Bongga Ka Boy” at 1:30pm.

Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will bring romance and laughter to the whole family with “You To Me Are Everything” at 3pm while CBN Asia’s "Tanikala" will feature another Holy Week telemovie at 5pm.

APT Productions will bring to Kapuso viewers a special Holy Week presentation with “Pinagpala Sa Babaeng Lahat” at 5pm. This original drama is topbilled by James Blanco and Lovi Poe.

At 6pm, in another episode of “Wish Ko Lang,” witness the heartrending tale of Noel who lost his sense of sight and now relies on his 5-year-old son for his day-to-day needs.

Meanwhile, the third sequel to Vic Sotto’s blockbuster movies, “Enteng Kabisote: Okay Ka, Fairy Ko: The Legend Goes On and One and On”will amaze and amuse the audience from 9pm to 11pm to be followed by the airing of “Just For Laughs” at 11pm.

Marian Rivera and Richard Gutierrez is reportedly have a kissing and ded scene in My Lady Boss- Video Trailer During a recent press interview with GMA’s primetime queen Marian Rivera on theset of the upcoming Valentine movie “My Lady Boss,” she was grilled with questions pertaining to a very intimate kissing scene with her leading man in the movie,Richard Gutierrez. So did she “enjoy” it? “Actually, ‘pag nag-roll ang camera hindi na ako si Marian Rivera, ako na si Evelyn,” quipped Marian. “As Evelyn, inenjoy ko si Zack (Richard’s character),” she continued. As much as possible, Marian avoids doing very intimate kissing scenes with his leading men in TV series and films and she does not easily agree to doing bed scenes unless the story really calls for it.

Heart earlier tweeted, “Being single is embracing growth,” which she followed up with, “breakups don't always mean the other one was bad or we didn't love each other it could just be… we were too different.” Meanwhile, model-actor, Daniel Matsunaga, tweeted on Saturday afternoon, said, “just asking God ....why? i tried.” His message bore a sad face icon. He added, “cant be happy at this moment guys...God bless u all...thanks for the words....i am sure u all know what is happening....:(” Daniel also said he intended to stay offline for a while. “I am going to be away of the internet for a few days...sorry for that...hope u guys understand....God bless u all,” he wrote.
