Typhoon Pablo has slowed down and weakened slightly and is now over Northern Palawan, state weather bureau PAGASA reported on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
At 10:00 am today, the center of Bagyong Pablo was spotted 120 kilometers Northeast of Puerto Princesa City with maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to of 150 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 19 kph.
