According to the report, the half-brother of Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., actor Ram Revilla,  was killed in his home in BF Homes Parañaque late Friday. He sustained multiple stab wounds and a gunshot on his head and was pronounced dead on arrival at the Parañaque General Hospital. He was 22 years old. Ram was with his girlfriend, Janelle Manahan, and another sibling Ramona Revilla when the incident happened. Manahan also suffered a gunshot wound on the left side of the face and shoulder but is now out of danger. The suspect was wearing a bonnet when he entered the house according to Manahan. Ram’s last TV appearance was in ABS-CBN’s Tonyong Bayawak top-billed by Coco Martin. Ram, 22, is the son of former Senator Ramon Revilla Sr. and Genelyn Magsaysay. He is also an actor and has appeared in ABS-CBN’s “Tonyong Bayawak” and GMA’s “Kamandag.” Bong cited a police report saying that Ram was gunned with a 9 mm or a .45 caliber gun and was stabbed. Report said that  new primetime show is being cooked on GMA Network entitled "Legacy." There is not so much details yet, but according to Bella Padilla who is one of the main cast on the said show, she's going to portray a role of a nurse, and she already made some research for the said role. According to the report from GMA News, there will be no classes on November 2 after all, as the Department of Education on Friday said classes in public elementary and high schools will resume November 3. This is a good news to those who will travel back to Manila from their provinces and vice versa for them to have an ample time to prepare and have some rest. In a post on its Twitter account, the DepEd cited its official calendar indicating classes will resume Nov. 3 while the semestral break starts Oct. 26. "According to DepEd 2011-2012 Official Calendar, classes in public schools will resume on Nov 3. Sembreak starts Oct 26," it said. On the other hand, it said private schools "have the discretion to schedule their own semestral breaks."
