Graphic artist would instantly distiguish the fake from the original one because of the color and texture. ABS-CBN has released the full music video of its upcoming Pinoy version of the hit Mexicanovela "Maria Mercedes" featuring some clips from the said Kapamilya teleserye. Starring Jessy Mendiola as Maria Mercedes, the series also stars Jason Abalos as Clavio and Jake Cuenca as Luis.

The 31-year-old performer added that she wanted to do the pictorial to “push the limits” of the “expression of art.”  The controversial model, singer, and sexy dancer will grace the September issue of ISDA magazine. During the pictorial, Mocha wore a nun’s habit and posed between two underwear-clad male models, who touched her boobs after she took the tunic off. Mocha told ABS-CBN News that the concept is in line with her advocacies.

Carla Abellana corrects Wikipedia entry about her. Carla posted on her Instagram account @carlaangeline what looked like her yearbook photo which included a paragraph of information about her. It also showed her course “Psychology” printed in bold font. In the caption, Carla stated: “Bachelor of ARTS po degree ko and not BS. Barbara Miguel won best actress in the recently concluded (September 11-15) Harlem International Film Festival in New York City, the festival’s website said Tuesday. Miguel became popular in the Philippines via GMA’s prime-time soap, “Munting Heredera,” with Camille Pratts which ran from May 2011 to February in 2012.

Directed by Hannah Espia, "Transit" figured in a three-way tie with Erik Matti's "On the Job" and Brillante Mendoza's "Thy Womb," was eventually chosen when the selection committee's head, director Peque Gallaga, voted in favor of "Transit." Produced by film director Paul Soriano, "Transit" is the fifth Cinemalaya original production selected as the Philippines' Oscars entry, after Auraeus Solito's "Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros" (2006), Adolfo Alix Jr.'s "Donsol" (2007), Marlon Rivera's "Ang Babae sa Septic Tank" (2011), and Jun Lana's "Bwakaw" (2012).
