A total of 1,605 out of the 4,013 exam takers passed the licensure exams for midwives given last Wednesday in nine cities in the country, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Saturday. Paulo Benito Tugbang of the West Visayas State University got the highest score of 89.25 percent in the exams administered by the PRC Board of Midwifery last Wednesday in testing centers in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. The examinees who made it to the Top 10 list include: 1.Paulo Benito Tugbang of the West Visayas State University – 89.25 percent 2. Kathleen Shiela Ramirez of the Catanduanes State Colleges – 87.60 percent 3. Glenn Michael Oyson of the San Pedro College in Davao City – 87.35 percent 4.
