The promo tour for the Pacquiao-Marquez III will commence on September 3 at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila. Top Rank’s boss Bob Arum will fly to the Philippines for the said event. The next stop of the tour would be Japan, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and probably London. The tour will then proceed to New York and California and will eventually end up in Mexico for the finale.
