Meanwhile according to Socialtrendsph.com, "We dig deeper and found the source of the video on Youtube. Only the first ten seconds covered the part of an alleged Piolo and girlfriend scandal. Marian Rivera named 'Face of the Year' in Vietnam

Kapuso star Marian Rivera clinched the “Face of the Year” for Best Foreign Artist in Vietnam.  Marian Rivera accoring to online news however has confirmed that she cannot attend the awarding ceremony on Today TV on January 8, 2014. Rivera is currently busy taping her new television series with Alden Richards. Marian earlier said she was overwhelmed by the warm reception she received in Vietnam. The network aired her past teleseryes “Dyesebel” and “Marimar.”

An alleged sex video of comedian Wally Bayola and EB Babe dancer Yosh Rivera is now circulating online. The video shows a bald man who looks like Bayola having sex with a girl who looks like EB Babe dancer Yosh. The video was uploaded on YouTube on Monday (September 2). Today, Wally Bayola seems to be another victim of hoax on the internet about having a scandal but no proof. When we google about the scandal, all you see are links to non-sense videos and picture. According to tsismosa.net, There is one picture they have found and but there is no proof on the authenticity of the photo. Since I haven't since the video itself, I cannot comment on the photo since it is not clear who the couple are.
