Watch Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach Crowning not seen on TV. Runner up crowned as Miss Universe mistakenly by host Steve Harvey.  After announcing that Miss U.S.A. had won 2nd runner-up, Harvey announced that Miss Colombia had won Miss Universe 2015. That would have made Miss Philippines the 1st runner-up. Miss Philippines then walked to center stage to accept her crown.
