I am trying to submit a URL to Google Search Console but after pressing the "Live Test", I cannot ask Google to Index my page URL since it was idle and it was the first time I have experienced such.  According to Goole, you have to check if your sitemap is up-to-date. Check if your recent article is included in the sitemap. If you've slowed down your posting rate or the quality of your content has got worse, Google may reduce the demand for indexing. However, when I tried submitting sitemaps it seems working fine.
