According to blog posts, Castelo got the idea for the alleged bill when he went shopping at a mall and saw a lot of angry birds merchandise. You might recall that it was Castelo who filed the anti-planking act or bill of 2011, which was criticized for being pointless. But this time around, this anti-angry birds bill is a hoax . If this were true then the major news websites here in the Philippines would have picked it up. A lot of people actually fell for it and made it a trending topic on Twitter.
